The British PM Boris Johnson had proposed a bill that separates the UK from the EU and was determined to pass it by the October 19th. For this he had to get a Brexit deal or a non-deal Brexit approved by the parliament but the same date. In case this couldn’t happen he is supposed to officially ask for an extension till the Halloween deadline on October 31. As the approval wasn’t given in either situations the PM was forced to ask for yet another extension. This time the date being 30th of January 2020.
