It is important to take time off from such distractions. There couldn’t be a better opportunity for that than this lockdown time.

You are obviously much attached to this thing that the first time you try to stop you will feel free and empty.
When you try to get out a habit it is important to replace it with a good one. Exercising is the usually recommended activity. It also helps if you rekindle an old passion that you may have forgotten like painting or music.
