Caffe Primo is a fusion Italian restaurant near Technopark, Trivandrum. With variety of dishes from mini-burgers to pizzas and sliders, the restaurant holds its place among the fav list many, in and around Trivandrum.
Restaurant is owned by Anwar Azeez and currently managed by Sreejith (Operation Manager). Anwar Azeez is a business magnet, who runs his main businesses in Dubai and Qatar.
The whole idea of a fusion Italian restaurant came up to Azeez, when Sreejith flew back from Dubai to Kerala and the mutual support and efforts made turn their dream into reality.
As the name suggests, Caffe Primo stands prime/unique in its motives of “tasty, fresh food with perfection”. “We import organic vegetables from Munnar and choose self-made patty’s over frozen ones, for maximum taste and health” says Sreejith with pride. While, the freshness and health of Primo Café stays unique, the preparation time does make some people restless. Sreejith reacts further, “Fresh food with perfection always takes time for preparation, that’s quite normal and we do that so the customers enjoy their order with maximum delight. Like everyone say, with time comes perfection lol” and also points out the seat booking availability, were dishes can be pre-ordered before arrival.
With customers including regular visitors and food explorers, Caffe Primo is set to create new standards and delight to food lovers; the flavours of various unexplored, unique dishes.
