Aston Martin’s new upcoming release the DBX is going to mark the entry of Aston Martin into the territory of the SUV’s. This is also going to be a simultaneous entry to the high-end family transportation section. Aston Martin are on and into the capitalizing the highly popular crossover market which is already being ruled by rivals like Lamborghini Urus. Aston Martin who are best known for James bond vehicle supplies are setting up high aims and goals this time.
Talking more about the SUV, its debut is fixed in December and is to hit the markets mainly in 2020. Starting price is set approximately at $200,000. As per the information’s, DBX is believed to launch with a V8, Mercedes-AMG supplied engine. Its body will be manly constructed of aluminum. Company has teased a prototype model of DBX in camouflage. The usual trademarks of Aston Martin, such as the oblong grill up front and the dovetail spoiler out back can be clearly seen in the teased out images and will remain a trademark design for the DBX SUV model.
Buyers can expect an interior with a layer of fine leather, wood trim, real metal accent and a space for at least four adults. Aston Martin is well aware of who they are up against and are modelling and developing an SUV which is financially viable and steals the market/sales against its rivals like Porshe cayenne S70 & Bentley Bentayga. “It will be a very different option in its high performance line up” says the company.
