Techno park Employees Cooperative Hospital: (Incorporated under the Cooperative Department, Government of Kerala), along with Group of Technology Companies (GTech) and Natana are conducting a 5 day long medical camp in the IT campus, Trivandrum. The camp flagged off on 11th November 2019, and is ongoing with its third successful day in Nila, (location inside the IT campus). Day 4 will be conducted in Phase 3 – Ganga, and Day 5, inside the Techno park Club.
Health hazards and life style diseases in IT community:
“Awareness about health hazards and life style diseases that are frequent in IT community” is being concentrated as the main objective of the camp, which seeks methods to provide cost effective and easily accessible medical care to the IT community and their immediate family members. Launch of Tele- medicine services, which enables physicians to keep check on their patients from a remote location, has been yet another main part of this initiative.
Medical camp extends till 15th November 2019, and will conduct free tests as well as test charged at special discount rates.

This event specially held for women, the day will include Breast Cancer Detection, Screening and Diagnosis with sensor technology (radiation free), and a guaranteed result within fifteen-minutes of diagnosis.
This initiative, with the objective to raise awareness and to provide care to the people in life-threatening conditions does put light on the humanitarian emotions and reflects the unique strengths and goals of medical ethics.
