CoVID -19 – Dip in housing sales and new launches
As foreseen, the COVID 19 Pandemic slashed the real estate value and a serious dip in the new launches rate in Indian Housing Sector
Residential Sales saw a 42% y-o-y drop in the first quarter of 2020 unveiled in the latest Data by ANAROCK . Yearly trends indicate that MMR( Mumba Metropolitan region) and Pune recorded maximum y-o-y drop by 61% and 56 % respectively. While Chennai and Kolkota displayed positive trends with nearly 16% and 8% early rise.
